Bathing Systems of indiana - Lifetime Guarantee

Bathing Systems of Indiana’s (BSI) Lifetime Guarantee extends RANE’s (the manufacturer) existing warranty.

BSI offers a lifetime warranty to the original purchaser of our Rane tub and warrants that our tub will be leak and drip free during normal personal or single-family residential use. If the tub should leak or drip during normal use, BSI, will, free of charge, make the necessary arrangements with the original purchaser to put the tub in good working condition.

BSI also warrants to the original purchaser, that all other aspects of our tub will be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use. If a defect is found in normal residential use BSI will, at election, repair, provide a replacement product or products, or make appropriate adjustments to ensure that the tub is put back in good working condition. Damage to the tub caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty. BSI is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. In no event shall the liability of BSI exceed the original purchase price of the tub.
